NeedNow local delivery policy

NeedNow is an approval-first local sourcing and delivery service, not a conventional shipping store. We do not promise a pre-stocked catalog or ship standard parcels on a multi-day timeline.

How a request works

1. Request: Tell us what you need, your deadline, delivery area, and substitution preference.
2. Confirm: We check local availability and send you the sourced option, actual retail cost, applicable fees, and an expected delivery window.
3. Approve: No shopper purchases an item until you approve that option and total.
4. Deliver: After approval and purchase, we coordinate the local handoff and delivery.

Service area

NeedNow is launching in Mechanicsburg, Camp Hill, and Harrisburg. Requests outside these areas are reviewed manually and are not guaranteed to be accepted.

Timing and availability

Our typical goal is 60–90 minutes after a workable option is confirmed. This is not a guarantee. Timing depends on item availability, retailer hours, traffic, distance, and the deadline in your request. We confirm availability and an expected delivery window before purchase rather than promising fixed operating hours or cutoffs.

Fees and item costs

Our proposed launch fee framework is $9 local delivery, +$4 extended zone, +$7 rush priority, +$5 for an additional stop, plus a 15% sourcing fee with a $5 minimum and $20 maximum. These fees, along with the actual retail cost, are subject to confirmation before an item is purchased.

Cancellations

You can cancel a request before a shopper purchases an approved item. Once an approved item has been purchased, cancellation may be limited because the retailer transaction has already occurred. If an item cannot be found, we will let you know and no purchase is made without your approval.
